As always, CIFCU’s focus remains dedicated to serving you, our members. Following the occupancy rules established by Cincinnati EPA and NIOSH management, however, CIFCU Offices have different hours of operation due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Did you know that even with fewer hours and branch closures, most of our services are available online or by email and can be completed without ever stepping into the credit union office? Whether your applying for a loan, closing on a loan, opening a new account or just have a question, give us a call and one of the smiling faces of CIFCU will be happy to help!

They include: Online Banking, Mobile Banking, Money Pass Surcharge-Free ATM’s, Alliance One Surcharge-Free ATM’s, Shared Branching, Apple Pay, Samsung Pay,  CU Talk Telephone Banking, Bill Pay, and mail.
